7 wonders of the world in LEGO

BRICK Wonders - See the wonders of the World in LEGO

You didn’t have to leave BRICK LIVE to see the wonders of the World! Professional LEGO artist, Warren Elsmore brought his latest exhibition to BRICK LIVE 2015.

Visitors took a trip through history as he recreated the seven ancient wonders of the World in all
their glory – in LEGO bricks.

BRICK Wonders also had the new wonders of the World; treasures from the past millennium that remain standing today.

The seven ancient wonders of the World, including the Lighthouse at Alexandria and the Hanging
Gardens of Babylon, are depicted as they might have been, to amazing effect.

And, from the modern world there are seven still-standing wonders, including the Great Wall
of China and Petra.

Seven modern inventions, among them electricity and transport, are represented in LEGO
creations both small and vast – a Model T car, television, the light bulb and the International
Space Station. You must see his amazing airport, with a four-metre long runway and thousands
of working runway lights!

There were seven natural wonders, too, presented in their majestic beauty, including Victoria Falls,
the Great Barrier Reef and the Matterhorn.

If that’s not enough, Warren also included another seven ‘old’, natural and modern wonders
of the World too!

BRICK Wonders is on the shelves now!

BRICK LIVE is back in 2016 at the NEC, Birmingham with even more of the world’s favourite BRICK. The UK’s biggest celebration of LEGO® will take place during the school half-term holiday from 27th to 30th October, making it the must-book day out for all the family.
