HOW TO ENTER

This competition is organised by BRICKLIVE Team.

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Competition begins on 1^st September 2016 (the “Start Date”). The Competition closes at midnight on 30th September 2016 (the “End Date”). The winners will be picked at random.
2. The Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who have brought a BRICKLIVE ticket 2016, except employees of BRICKLIVE
3. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) working days from the end of the competition.
5. The winners will be selected by the BRICKLIVE Team
6. The prize package is the LEGO Dimensions bundle and you will have to collect the prize at the event.
7. The winners may be required to participate in publicity which may include having his/her photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
8. The Prize Package will be provided by BRICKLIVE and is subject to their terms and conditions.
9. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. BRICKLIVE accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by BRICKLIVE own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances BRICKLIVE reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
12. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of BRICKLIVE e and which prevents them from complying with these terms and conditions, BRICKLIVE will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. BRICKLIVE reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
13. This Competition and the Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by BRICKLIVE for the purposes of administration of this Competition, we will also add you to our e-newsletter database so that you can be notified of further BRICKLIVE competitions and show updates. Your information will not be passed to third parties.

BRICK LIVE will endeavor to credit all photographs with the caption “Person’s Name” when the full name is available.
